Coordinating the shipping and logistics of products, liaising with carriers and tracking deliveries
Providing administrative support to the sales and operations teams as needed
Assisting other relevant documentation
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall customer experience





Job Requirements:


Proven experience in a similar sales or customer service role, preferably within the administration and office support or client and sales administration industries
Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage competing tasks effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach
Proficiency in using relevant software and systems, such as CRM, Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management tools
