  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Job Description

· Order processing/prepare Sales contract

· Handle emails / calls from customers and suppliers

· Liaise with shipping lines / freight forwarders and arrange transportation of orders

· Prepare export/import documentation and engaging surveyor for cargo inspection

· Communicate order status with suppliers, customers, and shipping agents

· Manage & check Letter of Credit (LC) issuance or negotiation as needed

· Provide sales assistance and support information upon traders’ request

· LC & vessel chartering compilation for record keeping

· Communicate, update & follow up sales/purchase status within the organization needs

· Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned



Requirements

· Possess a Degree / Diploma

· Possess at least 3 - 5 years’ Customer Service & Shipping experience

· Prior experience in Letter of Credit (LC) is mandatory

· Prior experience from Trading / Transportation industry is advantageous

· Strong communications & interpersonal skills
