Job Descriptions:
Support with bilingual communication for Japanese and English in business emails, live chat and document validation.
Translate and interpret written communications between Japanese and English
Coordinate with internal and external teams to support business needs in both Japanese and English
Respond to customer inquiries via email and live chat.
Handle escalation and provide appropriate solutions within the companys guideline
Validation of Business Programs, Orders and Contracts. Request will be via Email.
Review of agreement & orders, ensuring all legal requirement are met.
Ensure regular update to customer’s queries and resolve within stipulated timeline
Follow Japan Public Holiday Calendar
Need to perform overtime during the last week of every month
Training will be provided
Requirements:
Diploma in any field
JLPT N2/N1 (to communicate with stakeholders from Japan) and proficiency in English
Problem-solving skills and attention to details
Strong team player and able to work independently
Work in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills
Previous experience in customer service is an advantage but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
