To manage and account common assets and inventory at the three primary locations.
Activities include the managing of database and process asset/inventory receipts, transfers and disposal via Authorities IT systems.
To administer the receiving, storage and distribution of assets at storehouse.
To conduct cyclical, stock take for common assets and assets held within Authority premises.
To support timely response to employees’ enquiries on logistics matters.
To assist supervisors with periodic audit checks and preparation of audit reports.
To meet the quality service standards and customer satisfaction ratings as stipulated by the Authority.
Requirements:
Diploma in Business Management or A-Level/ITE Certificate with relevant logistics experience
