Responsible for facilities & maintenance matters, including building safety, security, etc.
Liaise with contractors including maintenance, air-con, landscaping, etc.
Ensure that all contractors and documentations are fully executed and in place, and details recorded.
Supervise contractors and service providers, to ensure consistency and compliance with specifications and regulations.
To respond to staffs /members requests for equipment and room preparations for meetings.
Maintain and repair fixtures & fittings including basic lightings & equipments.
Lubricate/oil doors, change locks & cleaning of tables, chairs, etc.
Maintain cleanliness of all glass windows, glass doors, notice boards, fans, vestry, rooms, toilets, etc.
Replenish supplies ( e.g toilet roll, hand towers) in the toilets.
Daily watering of garden/plants and to keep garden safe from mosquito breeding.
Covering duties when other facilities team members are not around / on leave.
Maintain accurate inventories of equipments, tools,etc.
Weekly arrangement & stacking of goods neatly at the rack.
Monthly washing of car park or whenever necessary.
Any other duties assigned by Pastors or facility Manager.
