Roles & Responsibilities
Main Responsibilities
1. Product Management:
• Upload new products, descriptions, and pricing on the website.
• Update stock levels and ensure accurate product details.
2. Order Processing:
• Manage E-commerce platform orders packing, coordinate deliveries, and handle returns or exchanges.( Facebook/Website/Tiktok/Shopee/Lazada)
3. Customer Support:
• Respond to customer inquiries via chat or email.
• Assist with product recommendations and resolve issues.
4. Promotions:
• Set up discounts, sales, and special offers Postings on Facebook/Telegram using Canvas
• Coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns.
5. Inventory Management:
• Track stock levels and update inventory system.
6. Video Editing:
• Video editing using Capcut for Live Stream Clips Daily on Tiktok accounts.
• Video editing for products poster for Facebook/IG/Telegram
7. Content Coordination:
• Ensure product photos and banners are consistent and appealing.
8. TikTok Live Support:
• Support hosts during live events by preparing items and engaging with viewers during working hour
9. • Any other additional duties or tasks assigned
Key Skills
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Facebook/Tiktok/Shopee).
• Basic skill in Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop/ Capcut/ Canvas
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Customer service experience.
• Confidence in assisting or participating in live social media events.
