Job Title: Platform Engineer - SAP Security

Location: Bangalore

Business & Team: Retail Technology

Impact & contribution

As an SAP Security Specialist, you will be an SME responsible for guiding the designs within various SAP applications to align to the SAP Application Architecture and standards.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • SAP Role Design, Build, Test and Deliver
  • Regular reporting and monitoring of existing SAP Users
  • Participate in SAP Audits
  • Govern medium/low complexity build items
  • Prioritise work and deliverables according to specified timeframes
  • Prepare or assist in preparing deliverables/documentation for review and feedback
  • Ensure high quality of designs and solution for SAP Banking
  • Liaise with internal and external customers where required
  • Contribute to the advancement of design standards
  • Work within a team environment and across business units to complete associated tasks

Essential Skills

  • 5 Years+ SAP Security experience
  • Experience in the following areas
  • User Administration & Role Administration
  • SAP GRC
  • SAP S/4 HANA
  • AWS Cloud
  • SAP Upgrades
  • Security Analysis (Trace and Analysis)
  • Ability to work in a highly integrated and heterogeneous environment
  • High level of communication skills, including the demonstrated ability to solicit opinions, accept feedback
  • Ability to deliver convincing presentations that provide significant insight and generate consensus and buy-in
  • Experience in operating effectively as part of cross-functional teams
  • Supporting Agile Delivery Methods

Education Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree/master’s degree in engineering in Computer Science/Information Technology or any similar stream
