Job Responsibilities
- Manage daily front desk duties; greet and welcome customers, maintain a tidy front counter area, and handle incoming phone calls.
- Provide administrative support; generating invoice/quotation, scanning, printing, emailing, filing, etc.
- Promote current promotions, encourage customers to like/follow, write feedback, and account sign-ups on our company page.
- Assist customers to file accident reports (GIA).
- Liaise with customers on their vehicles for repair & collection.
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements & Additional Information
- Prior experience in the admin/customer service/telemarketing position.
- Excellent communication skills, proactive, and pleasant disposition.
- Strong clerical skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.
- Working Location: Bishan or Jurong
- Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm, Alt Saturday 9am - 3pm
- 6 days’ work week (Alternate Saturday)
- Casual attire (uniform provided)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $2,200.00 - $2,600.00 per month
