Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Admin Executive to join our F&B team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the business. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and maintain administrative processes such as filing, data entry, and record-keeping.
2. Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events.
3. Assist in managing office supplies and inventory.
4. Handle incoming and outgoing communication, including emails and phone calls.
5. Support the management team with various administrative tasks as needed.
6. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation.
7. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
8. Assist in tasks assigned by manager.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Business Administration or related field preferred. Other qualifications are welcome too.
2. Proven work experience as an Admin.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
6. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
7. Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,200.00 per month
