Accounts and Admin Assistant

Job Description:

1) Accounting Duties:

· Invoicing and quotation of service income

· Process miscellaneous payments

· Verify and Process Engineers' claims

· Prepare accounting schedules for intercompany transactions

· Reconciliation of Bank / Cash Balances

· Payment and receipts

· Matching of AP invoices with PO/DO/BL/GST permit

· Data entry of accounting records

· Assist Finance Manager on ad hoc accounting matters

2) Administrative duties

· Attend to incoming calls / fax

· Handle in and outgoing mails

· Check and match credit card statements vs service claims

· Order stationery and office supplies

· Any ad hoc duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Key skills and qualifications:

1) Minimum “O” Level or equivalent

2) Fluent in English and Mandarin

3) Good communication skills

4) Must be organised, responsible, meticulous and have an eye for detail

5) Must be committed, possess willing to learn attitude and ability to multitask

6) Must have basic computer knowledge and ability to use Microsoft Office.

7) Ability to work closely with the team, other departments and customers

Working location: Jalan Pemimpin (Near Bishan and Marymount MRT)

Working hours: 8.45am to 5.30pm (5 Day Week)
