We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin Executive to provide administrative support to our team. The successful candidate will be proficient in Excel, have excellent coordination and documentation skills, and be able to efficiently manage tasks using our company's work management system.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide administrative support to the team, including preparing reports, presentations, and documents

- Coordinate and document work processes, ensuring seamless execution and compliance with company policies

- Manage personal and group tasks using the company's work management system, ensuring timely completion and minimal delays

- Manage incoming general emails and handle general enquiries

- Proficient in Excel, able to do tabulations for costings and quotations

- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

- Have basic accounting knowledge to assist in payment processing and payroll

Requirements:

- At least 2 years of experience in an administrative role

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel

- Excellent coordination and documentation skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems, including our company's work management system

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with team members and stakeholders

- High level of organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality

- Basic accounting knowledge and experience in payment processing and payroll

Experience with project management tools and software

- Knowledge of data analysis and reporting principles

- Certification in administrative management or related field
