We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to provide essential support to the sales team.
Job Details:
Working Days: 5 days work week.
Working Hours: 8am - 5:45pm
Location: Ang Mo Kio
Only required to be indoor in comfortable, spacious office.
Responsibilities:
Respond to the incoming sales enquiries by phone and email.
Mange to cold-call and get the sales to come in.
Preparing sales quotations; manages sales cycle well and ensure prompt response to customer.
Provides sales & coordination support to the team.
Promote office and workshop solutions to corporate customers.
To service existing and new accounts and ensure customers' satisfaction.
Ensure diligent follow up, negotiate and close deals with customers.
Perform administration tasks and any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
Possess a minimum of Diploma in Business or relevant field.
Minimum of 1 year of relevant working experience in business administration
Personality with excellent customer service skills.
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
Able to start work as soon as possible.
