Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Back Office Administrator to join our dynamic team at XJ Elevator, a leading provider of elevator installation, maintenance, and repair services. The Back Office Administrator will provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the company’s day-to-day activities. The role involves managing office tasks, handling communications, and assisting various departments to improve operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:•
Perform general office administration, including answering phone calls, and maintaining files and records.
• Process and manage paperwork related to elevator installation, maintenance, and repair orders.
.• Maintain and update customer databases and ensure all information is accurate and up to date.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely procurement of necessary materials and equipment.
• Support HR-related tasks such as employee onboarding, documentation, and timesheet management
.• Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring that all necessary resources are available for day-to-day operations
.• Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the operations team.
