Key Responsibilities:
• To support internal team by providing helpful information to ensure operations run smoothly
• Timely update of information
• Ensure correct and timely billing to customers
• Provide responsive customer service and resolving client issues quickly and efficiently
• Other ad hoc assignments and duties.
Qualifications & Skills:
Experience:
Minimum 1-2 years of administrative or logistics support experience, preferably in a delivery or operations role.
Skills:
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and within a team.
Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
