  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Quantity Surveyor with local Singapore experience in residential landed housing construction and the architectural industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle pre-tender and tender processes, including preparation of Bill of Quantities (BQ), tender pricing, cost estimation, planning, life cycle costing, and quantity take-off.
  • Coordinate with owners, developers, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Prepare and submit interim progress claims and variation claims.
  • Oversee procurement of contractors and suppliers, ensuring competitive pricing.
  • Assess and evaluate payment claims from subcontractors.
  • Prepare, negotiate, and finalize final accounts.
  • Review contract documents and identify any discrepancies or irregularities.
  • Obtain competitive quotations from subcontractors for cost comparison, managing budgets effectively.
  • Manage progress claims, payments, cost control, variation orders, and project budget estimation.
  • Perform any other ad hoc duties assigned by the Manager/Director.

Technical Skills:

  • Skilled in site measurement, quantity take-off, Bill of Quantities (BOQ) preparation, and material calculations.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office.

Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related construction field.
  • Minimum 4years of quantity surveying experience in Singapore’s building construction sector.
