Business Support Executive
Job Responsibilities:
1. Process orders, delivery notes, and other documents.
2. Plan and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery.
3. Coordinate work between the sales, technical, and production departments.
4. Assist with marketing activities (preparing materials, organising exhibitions, etc.).
5. Arrange travel for the sales team (flights and hotel bookings).
6. Manage inventory and assist with purchase orders and record-keeping.
7. Liaise with freight forwarders to resolve logistics issues.
Requirements:
- Education: Diploma or Degree (Business/Marketing preferred).
- Experience: At least two years in administration, purchasing, or logistics.
- Language: Fluent in English (able to handle business correspondence).
- Skills: Highly organised, ability to work independently, and collaborate effectively across departments.
- Attitude: Proactive and responsible.
