Assistant Branch Manager
Responsibilities
· Responsible for ensuring smooth daily operation of the school
· Able to work with other departments to understand operations of the company and ensure seamless customer experience
· Drive enrolment, retention and conversion numbers in assigned branch
· Ensure the branch delivers exceptional customer service, addressing customers’ concerns and queries promptly
· Build rapport with students and parents to facilitate open communication and trust
· Sales of books/music instruments and inventory management
· Statistical compilations - payment backlog, sales and fees revenue, student intake/drop out, etc
Requirements
· Possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
· Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
· Good team player, able to work with minimal supervision
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organisational and time management abilities, and attention to detail.
· Able to work at “retail hours” and both weekends
