We are seeking a dynamic and agile individual to join our team as a manager for handling the operational aspects of communicable disease outreach programmes. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the team by managing contracts and logistics for our programmes, providing data analysis of programme effectiveness, efficiency, and experience. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for handling ad-hoc queries from the public and other stakeholders through Corporate Communications. You will be working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment that would require the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders at the same time.

This includes managing contracts and logistics for our programmes, providing data analysis of programme effectiveness, efficiency, and experience. Additionally, you will be responsible for handling ad-hoc queries from the public and other stakeholders through Corporate Communications.

[What are we looking for]

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage contracts, procurement administration and logistics for the programmes to ensure smooth operations and execution. This includes managing budgets, inventory management of collaterals, procurement processes such as issuing Purchase Order and doing Goods Receipt.

  • Conduct checks on vendors to verify performance as stipulated in contracts.

  • Conduct data analysis to evaluate the effectiveness, efficiency, and overall experience of the programmes.

  • Handle ad-hoc queries from the public and other stakeholders through Corporate Communications, providing timely and accurate responses.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on operations management or logistics, Public Policy with a focus on program management, Data Science or Business Analytics, or any other related field.

  • Preferably with experience in contract management and logistics.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct data analysis and apply data storytelling techniques.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively handle public queries.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
