On behalf of our client, a leading chain of Dialysis centres in Singapore, we are seeking candidates for the role of People Services Manager.

We are looking for a pro-active problem solver, with exceptional communication skills and a meticulous attention to detail. You will have a good track record and experience performing full HR scope with flexibility, reliability and foresight. You are required to maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials, and exercise discretion and integrity when handling all corporate matters.

Job Scope:

  • Oversee and manage overall recruitment, onboarding to offboarding processes, including hiring (ie. screening/interviewing of candidates and follow up of employment offers, background verifications, clearance for different regulatory bodies), clinical license/work pass applications, onboarding/offboarding processes and experience (e.g., orientation programmes, preparation of compliant onboarding documentations)
  • Spearhead annual performance management processes
  • Lead and manage internal HR processes and systems (Workday) and administrative matters, in close partnership with our international HQ team.
  • Initiate and execute dynamic engagement programmes such as Townhalls, teambonding activities, regular huddles etc and administer annual surveys and analyse HR metrics for local and international reporting.
  • Support clinical team in manpower deployment.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records/reports for updates to management and relevant regulatory bodies.
  • Establish positive relationships with all teammates and lead in employee grievance management, including overseeing Compliance systems.
  • Initiate and support in employee welfare initiatives
  • Support in formulation and execution of L&D initiatives and programmes/activities · Prepare and submit monthly metrics reports
  • Handle ad-hoc HR projects and any other duties when required.

Requirements:

  • Minimally a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, proficient in MS Office
  • Superb knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulatory requirements and implementation considerations
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant working HR experience, preferably in healthcare setting Added advantage for candidates with experience with Workday system
  • Positive energy and drive, high ownership of work deliverables and dedication and commitment in producing results;
  • Possesses strong teamwork capabilities with robust interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships at all levels of the organisation
  • Discipline and integrity when handling confidential information
  • Meticulous, resourceful, organised, analytical and able to handle multiple tasks effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $5,000.00 - $6,500.00 per month
