HR Operations & Technology:

  • Implement HR management systems and optimize HR operational processes.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and documentation.
  • Utilize HR analytics to drive data-informed decision-making.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5-10 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Experience in one or two industries such as investment, software development, mining, and consultancy is an advantage.
  • Good knowledge of labor laws, compliance regulations, and HR best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple business units with diverse HR needs.
  • Proficiency in HRMS and digital HR tools.
