- Implement HR management systems and optimize HR operational processes.
- Maintain accurate employee records and documentation.
- Utilize HR analytics to drive data-informed decision-making.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5-10 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Experience in one or two industries such as investment, software development, mining, and consultancy is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of labor laws, compliance regulations, and HR best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple business units with diverse HR needs.
- Proficiency in HRMS and digital HR tools.
