HR Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Onboarding – Posting job ads, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and handling onboarding.
- Payroll & Compensation – Assisting in payroll processing, CPF contributions, and leave administration.
- Employee Relations – Handling grievances, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.
- Training & Development – Coordinating employee training programs.
- HR Policies & Compliance – Ensuring adherence to MOM regulations, workplace safety, and employee benefits.
Administrative Responsibilities
- Office Management – Overseeing office supplies, vendor management, and maintenance.
- Documentation & Reporting – Maintaining HR records, contracts, and employee databases.
- Support for Management – Assisting in meetings, reports, and administrative tasks.
Education & Experience
- Diploma or degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in HR & administrative roles (entry to mid-level).
- Experience in Singapore employment laws and MOM regulations is preferred.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and MOM regulations.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Good interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
