HR Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Onboarding – Posting job ads, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and handling onboarding.
  • Payroll & Compensation – Assisting in payroll processing, CPF contributions, and leave administration.
  • Employee Relations – Handling grievances, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.
  • Training & Development – Coordinating employee training programs.
  • HR Policies & Compliance – Ensuring adherence to MOM regulations, workplace safety, and employee benefits.

Administrative Responsibilities

  • Office Management – Overseeing office supplies, vendor management, and maintenance.
  • Documentation & Reporting – Maintaining HR records, contracts, and employee databases.
  • Support for Management – Assisting in meetings, reports, and administrative tasks.

Education & Experience

  • Diploma or degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–5 years of experience in HR & administrative roles (entry to mid-level).
  • Experience in Singapore employment laws and MOM regulations is preferred.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and MOM regulations.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Good interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $4,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
