1. JOB DESCRIPTION

- In charge of the office’s finance and admin matters

- Prepare invoices and payments

- Keying transactions into computerised accounting system

- Prepare reports and schedules

- Coordinate and follow up with enquiries from banks and professionals

2. SKILLS

- Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office

- Data Entry

- Prior accounting knowledge is an advantage

- Able To work independently

3. Qualification

- NITEC/Diploma

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,200.00 per month

Expected hours: 5 – 7 per week
