Sales Enablement
- Prepare and support new hires on-boarding training programs.
- Support sales team with on-going training and development programs.
- Support channel partner training and development events.
Sales Operation
- Perform sales data analysis to measure sales performance and growth opportunities,
- Conduct survey or feedback session with sales team to seek opportunity to improve organizational excellent.
- Support implementation of sales programs with measure of success to drive growth.
Internal Communication
- Maintain and update field development and training reports.
- Craft training and development newsletters and email updates for sales team.
- Maintain and update Sales Enablement internal website.

Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a local university.
- Demonstrates interest in the continually evolving craft of sales, business or engineering.
- Business-level English proficiency (written and spoken).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive mindset, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and suggest new ideas.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
