Responsibilities:

we are looking for new talent who enjoys blending creativity, strategy and Implementation to drive operational excellent:

Sales Enablement
  • Prepare and support new hires on-boarding training programs.
  • Support sales team with on-going training and development programs.
  • Support channel partner training and development events.

Sales Operation
  • Perform sales data analysis to measure sales performance and growth opportunities,
  • Conduct survey or feedback session with sales team to seek opportunity to improve organizational excellent.
  • Support implementation of sales programs with measure of success to drive growth.

Internal Communication
  • Maintain and update field development and training reports.
  • Craft training and development newsletters and email updates for sales team.
  • Maintain and update Sales Enablement internal website.

Qualifications
  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a local university.
  • Demonstrates interest in the continually evolving craft of sales, business or engineering.
  • Business-level English proficiency (written and spoken).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proactive mindset, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and suggest new ideas.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
