Job Responsibilities:
Respond to calls and email enquiries
Activate/register shipments to system
Co-ordinate/follow-up with customers and vendors for shipment/transport arrangement
Arrange for customs clearance application
Generate invoice for services
Generate daily operations reports
Update Track and Trace events
