  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Responsibilities:

Provide 24/7 onsite support for data centre operations & critical facilities.
Monitor BMS systems to ensure smooth operation of infrastructure (UPS, power, temperature, humidity, fire safety, plumbing, etc.).
Act as Level 1 escalation point for operational incidents & perform basic troubleshooting/repairs (M&E equipment).
Manage user requests, incidents, & changes via the ticketing system.
Ensure safety, security, & compliance with policies and procedures.
Oversee security operations & enforce house rules.
Support preventive & reactive maintenance with minimal service disruption.
Maintain & update data centre documentation

Requirements:

Min. 1 year experience in facilities management or similar role.

Tertiary Education in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Building Management, or Facilities Management.

Experience with BMS, M&E equipment, and data centre environments.

Hands-on mechanical (ACMV) & electrical maintenance experience.

Comfortable with rotating shift
