  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.

You will be outsourced/deployed to our client, a well-known brand name in the Real Estate industry as Temp Concierge Customer Service Officer



Temp Concierge Customer Service Officer:

Location: Chinatown

Duration: ASAP – Minimum 2 months
Shifts: Shift 1 (9.30am – 5.30pm), Shift 2 (12pm – 8pm), Shift 3 (2pm – 10pm), Shift 4 (10.30am – 6.30pm)
Salary: $10/hr + $8 per day (for Shift 3)



Job scope:

Responding promptly to shoppers inquiries

Communicating with shoppers through various channels and not limited to face to face or emails

Acknowledge and resolve shoppers’ complains
Provide shoppers with directions
Keep records of shoppers interactions, transactions, comments and complains
Communicating and coordinating with Marcom team as necessary
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support



Requirements:

GCE ‘A’ Levels/Diploma
Customer Service experience
