Job Description
Data Entry into the accounting system accurately, including reviewing invoice posting
Review Account Payable Aging and reconcile the Suppliers’ Statement of Account
Matching of supplier invoices and response to suppliers in relation to payment matters
Handling payment vouchers; prepare and process payments to make sure all payments are authorized
Response to suppliers about payment matters
Timely update of reports on Microsoft Excel
Perform other finance or admin-related ad-hoc duties assigned
Job Requirements
At least 2 years of relevant working experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)

5-day work week
Office – 19 Kian Teck Road (Along Upper Jurong Road)
