Manage a team of therapists and staff, providing guidance, assigning responsibilities, and optimizing performance and development.
Work closely with management to enhance all aspects of staff performance and development, as well as outlet operations.
Ensure compliance with operating policies and procedures and maintain high standards of cleanliness and service.
Respond to customer complaints promptly, taking necessary actions to improve satisfaction and loyalty.
Take on any additional duties or tasks assigned by the management to support overall branch and outlet success.
