  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description


Responsible to set-up and operates Grinding/ Surface Grinding.
Carry out Milling & Grinding for mold-making and inserts for plastic injection.
Able to read and interpret engineering drawing.
Operate surface grinding machine to grind high precision tool to meet specification.
To meet the manufacturing schedule, according to job assigned. Self-inspect finished workpiece before routing to next manufacturing process.
Carry out preventive maintenance on machining job.
Carry out work piece inspection.
Capable of achieving grinding precision up to 0.005mm.
Perform any other job duties as assigned.
Maintain work area (housekeeping)


Requirements




Preferably Manufacturing background.
Able to operate conventional Grinding
Experience and knowledge in precision engineering.
Able to read and interprets engineering/technical drawings.
Experience in tool and die making industry will be a plus.
Check and maintain machinery daily to ensure functionality.
Able to work extended hours as required.
3-5 years of working experience in surface and form grinding machines.
