Required to work on weekend and public holidays

Your Role
Assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations and menu execution
Supervise and support kitchen staff, ensuring consistency and quality in every dish
Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety
Contribute to menu planning and development, bringing fresh ideas to the table
Manage inventory and kitchen efficiency to minimise waste
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 2 years of experience in a professional kitchen
Passion for creative, high-quality food with a keen eye for detail
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and mentor a team
A positive attitude, teamwork mentality, and willingness to learn
Experience with gluten-free or modern European cuisine is a plus!
