  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

RECRUITFIRST IS HIRING, YOU WILL BE OUTSOURCED/DEPLOYED TO:

Location: Chinatown

Duration: ASAP - Min 2 mths

Working hours: Mon – Sun, 6 days/wk (rostered), usually shift 1 & 3 (weekly rotation)

Shift 1: 9.30am - 5.30pm
Shift 2: 12pm - 8pm
Shift 3: 2pm - 10pm
Shift 4: 10.30am - 6.30pm

Pay: $10/h + $8/day for Shift 3

Responsibilities:

Responding promptly to shoppers inquiries
Communicating with shoppers through various channels
Acknowledging and resolving shoppers complaints
Providing directions to shoppers
Keeping records of shoppers interactions, transactions, comments and complaints
Communicating and coordinating with other teams as necessary
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support

Requirements:

Entry Level
Immediate starters preferred
Prior working experience in customer service preferred
