Job Details:
Location: Chinatown Point
Salary: $10/hr + $8 per day for shift 3*
Duration: Immediate - 2 Months
Working hours: Mon-Sun, 6 days per week (rostered) - Usually Shift 1 & 3 (Rotate weekly)
• Shift 1 – 9.30am to 5.30pm
• Shift 2 – 12 noon to 8pm
• Shift 3 – 2pm to 10pm*
• Shift 4 – 10.30am to 6.30pm
Job Scope:
Responding promptly to shoppers inquiries
Communicating with shoppers through various channels including and not limited to face to face or emails.
Acknowledging and resolving shoppers complain
Providing directions to shoppers.
Keeping records of shoppers interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
Communicating and coordinating with the team as necessary.
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Assisting with all matters in relation to the mall's festive season.
Requirements:
Attire: Black Plain Polo T shirt with jeans and covered shoes
Able to start immediately and commit throughout
Prior customer service experience preferred
