How You Will Make a Difference

What you will do:

  • Collaborate with the Allocation Manager and cross-functional teams to support the execution of a comprehensive allocation strategy.
  • Assist in the development and execution of pre-season and in-season allocation plans.
  • Work closely with the Planning team to streamline forecasting processes and ensure capacity alignment.
  • Partner with Global Materials Supply and Costing teams to enhance synergy between fabric/trims and garment sourcing.
  • Utilize data analysis and visualization techniques to present findings effectively.

  • Engage with various teams to gather and analyze data, ensuring all aspects of the allocation strategy are considered.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to facilitate smooth collaboration.
  • Apply data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to support decision-making.
  • Communicate complex information clearly and effectively to stakeholders.

  • Effective execution of allocation plans that align with global strategies.
  • Streamlined forecasting processes and efficient resource utilization.

Skills for Success

Years of related professional experience:

3-5 years in supply chain, strategic analytics, or related fields.

Educational position requirements:

Professional Experience: 3-5 years in supply chain, strategic analytics, or related fields.

Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, or a related field is preferred.

What we expect you already know:

  • Strong communication skills, with experience influencing stakeholders and delivering compelling presentations.
  • Solid business acumen with an understanding of global trends impacting sourcing and supply chain strategies.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Power Query) to inform and communicate sourcing decisions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and build high-performing relationships with stakeholders.
  • A growth mindset with a passion for driving positive change and fostering curiosity across teams.
  • Knowledge of apparel development processes and experience managing diverse product portfolios is a plus.
  • Proficiency with data and document automation tools such as KNIME, Alteryx is a plus
