Key Responsibilities
- Oversee, communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on logistics and warehousing activities
- Manage and track 3PL productivity and overall performance
- Ensuring KPI/SLA are met and operations are carried on in cost effective way
- Daily review on performance metrics with 3PL to ensure no pending task
- Monitor and ensure 3PL delivered products to various department/user timely and in accordance to food hygiene and safety guidelines
- Attending daily morning briefing and share inventories and reservations report updates to internal stakeholder
- Follow up and conduct investigation on any reservation/stocks discrepancy
- Prepare weekly / monthly operations reporting
- Monthly operation review with Customer/Management
- Conduct weekly/monthly safety audits to prevent non-conformance
- IA audits follow up for closure of non-conformance
- Manages any other ad hoc tasks, activities or responsibilities as assigned by the management
Key Requirements
- Degree holder with at least 3 years of relevant work experiences in warehouse operations will be preferred
- Good to have knowledge of Warehouse Management System (WMS) and SAP
- Good management and leadership skills
- Strong analytical and technical skills
- Able to work and manage in a fast pace environment
