Main duties and responsibilities will include:
- Reports directly to Operations Manager and/or HOD/Aesthetics and Applied Science
- Oversees daily operations & maintenance of the Creative Arts Complex (CAC) including but not limited to Reflections Theatre (RT), CCA rooms, and the VVIP room.
- Primarily in charge of scheduled repair and maintenance of CAC specialised equipment, including sound & lighting system, cherry picker, CAC retractable seats and AV accessories
- Provide smooth support to all activities and events (performance and non-performance base) in the Reflections Theatre
- Secondary role in providing checks and feedback as a Facilities Manager, including Indoor Sports Hall “The Arena” and “The Cage” (during non-performance blocks)
- To support and coordinate marketing and booking of Reflections Theatre
- To provide AVA and logistics support to school operations whenever the need arises.
The Operations Executive (OE) is required to provide secondary support to provide at least weekly or bi-weekly (timely) fault reporting for the Operations Manager on activation of maintenance works.
The personnel shall minimally have the following qualifications, skills, and experience:
- Possessing at least a GCE ‘O’ Level certificate, or an ITE certificate in related areas or a pass Diploma in Building Services, Arts & Theatre Management or other related areas
- Experience, knowledge and skills with PA sound systems and stage lighting/DMX systems preferred
- Willing to learn and able to work with others
- Able to start work with effect from 20th May 2025
- Willing to accommodate non-regular working hours when there are events booking at the CAC (particularly at the Reflections Theatre)

Pay: $1,957.67 - $2,800.00 per month
