  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

About the School:

We are an EduTrust-certified Private Education Institution based in Singapore with over a decade of successful track record. We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated teacher to join our academic team, either full-time or part-time, responsible for teaching O* Level English.*

Key Responsibilities:

1. Instruction and Delivery:

a. Develop and implement lesson objectives and plans that meet curriculum standards.

b. Deliver clear and concise instruction using a variety of methods and technology.

2. Assessment and Evaluation:

a. Assess and evaluate student performance through tests, assignments, and projects.

b. Provide constructive feedback to students and maintain accurate records to track their progress.

3. Classroom Management:

a. Maintain a disciplined, respectful, and productive classroom environment.

b. Implement classroom rules and procedures and manage student behavior in accordance with school policies.

4. Student Support:

a. Offer additional academic support to students after class, including tutoring and homework assistance.

b. Identify and address individual student needs and learning challenges.

5. Professional Development:

a. Participate in ongoing professional development and training programs.

b. Stay current with developments in education and subject-specific content.

6. Collaboration and Communication:

a. Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and administrators to support student success.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above with at least 2 years relevant working experience. NIE diploma is a strong plus.

2. Passionate about teaching, strong sense of ownership and responsibility.

3. Familiar with O Level/IGCSE curriculum in English.

4. Familiarity with Edutrust is a plus.

Skills:

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

2. Able to command attention of students

3. Proficiency in using technology for educational purposes.

4. Second Asian language preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Freelance

Pay: $2,400.00 - $4,500.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
