  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Application Support Engineer

Job Description & Requirements
We are looking for an Application Support Engineer to provide technical support, troubleshooting, and application testing for our products. This role involves assisting customers and sales representatives through phone, email, and on-site visits.

Completion Bonus upon successful completion of the contract.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for products via phone, email, and on-site visits.
  • Conduct product application testing and assist in system setup and fine-tuning.
  • Deliver post-sales training and create/update training manuals.
  • Support sales reps with on-site presentations when required.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to efficiency projects.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or higher in Engineering (Computer/Electrical or related).
  • Experience with logic control, Microsoft Excel, and communication protocols (Serial, Modbus TCP, Ethernet, etc.).
  • Familiarity with HMI programming and a service-oriented mindset.
