Junior Management Trainee
Job Type: Full-Time
Junior Management Trainee will work closely with senior managers and sales teams to gain hands-on experience and develop a thorough understanding of the sales processes, customer service and business operations.
This position is ideal for individuals who are eager to grow within a dynamic sales environment and are looking to progress into a managerial role.
Responsibilities:
- Help build and maintain relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Assist the sales team with day-to-day activities.
- Participate in training programs and mentoring sessions to develop sales skills, industry knowledge and leadership capabilities.
- Observe and learn from experienced sales professionals and senior management.
- Work closely with other departments, including marketing and customer service.
- As the trainee progresses, take on increased responsibilities in managing smaller sales teams or projects.
- Develop leadership and decision-making skills through regular exposure to management meetings, strategic planning and performance reviews.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Local Diploma or Degree in any field.
- Fresh graduates with a strong interest in sales and management are also encouraged to apply.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for interacting with customers, team members and management.
- Knowledgeable with MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) is a plus.
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
