  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Junior Management Trainee will work closely with senior managers and sales teams to gain hands-on experience and develop a thorough understanding of the sales processes, customer service and business operations.
This position is ideal for individuals who are eager to grow within a dynamic sales environment and are looking to progress into a managerial role.

Responsibilities:

  • Help build and maintain relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Assist the sales team with day-to-day activities.
  • Participate in training programs and mentoring sessions to develop sales skills, industry knowledge and leadership capabilities.
  • Observe and learn from experienced sales professionals and senior management.
  • Work closely with other departments, including marketing and customer service.
  • As the trainee progresses, take on increased responsibilities in managing smaller sales teams or projects.
  • Develop leadership and decision-making skills through regular exposure to management meetings, strategic planning and performance reviews.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Local Diploma or Degree in any field.
  • Fresh graduates with a strong interest in sales and management are also encouraged to apply.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for interacting with customers, team members and management.
  • Knowledgeable with MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) is a plus.
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
