SUMMARY:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-centric individual to be a member of our customer service team. You will play an integral role as you are the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing top-notch service and assistance.
Main duties and responsibilities
Generate daily customer’s order and ensure delivery is met.
Sorting of returned invoices, issuance of debit and credit notes.
Work closely with internal & external customers to ensure all invoices are properly collated for timely submission to internal/external portal.
Establishes and maintains excellent relationships with both internal and external customer.
Perform other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Job requirements
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Basic computer proficiency
Able to commit at least 3 days per week (5pm -9pm) for a minimum of 3 months
Able to work on weekends and public holidays

Remuneration:
$12 per hour from Monday to Friday
$16 per hour on weekends & public holidays
