• Serving existing customers, to ensure business renewal (maintain and sustain).
• Soliciting new customers and business (grow).
• Growing a Business built on Sustainability and Engineering Support Service on the space of Technologies, e.g. BMS/EMS, Power Monitoring, IoT solutions and services.

Job Description

What you will be doing:

  • Articulate the suite of services / offerings professionally to existing and potential customers and working alongside senior management executives
  • Working with subject matter experts on solutioning and costing and putting together Bid Solutions and tender management process
  • Working with Compliance, Legal and Finance Teams on the commercial aspects.
  • Customer Account Development and Management
  • Pitch convincingly the benefits of the company’s capabilities.
  • Develop new opportunities by way of new business streams and new segments.
  • Communicate with customers of all levels to articulate the problems and solutions, and opportunities; and concurrently build customer confidence and rapport to secure continued recurring and new business opportunities and ensure consistent branding and positioning.
  • Facilitate and manage flow of information amongst all stakeholders / parties (internal and external).
  • Perform other related duties as required or requested
  • Input / Update sales funnel and follow-up on progress of decisions to bidding
  • Provide regular updates on funnels and support planning for FY targets
  • Provide leadership and develop strategic vision to bring success to the tender and bids

You are:

  • Minimally Bachelor's Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering or any other relevant discipline
  • Minimum 8 year of business development or sales experience in facilities services
  • Must possess knowledge or experience in BMS/EMS, IoT solutions and services
  • Able to communicate well to do presentation with client and other stakeholders
