Working Hours: Monday - Friday (8:15am - 5:45pm)
Location: Pioneer

Job Scope:

Manage daily email correspondence with suppliers and customers
Process sales inquiries, prepare quotations, and consolidate orders
Serve as the liaison between the warehouse and sales team
Prepare and compile shipping documents for export
Maintain organized records of sales inquiries and quotations
Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned to support Sales Managers and Executives
