Job Scope:

Inspect vehicles for accident repairs and paintwork, assess damages, and prepare repair estimates and quotations for cash repairs.
Source necessary spare parts for vehicle repairs.
Responsible for attend customer enquiry via phone and email, prepare
quotation and invoice.
Oversee the repair process for body and paintwork, ensuring it’s completed on time.
Responsible for inventory planning and monitoring parts movements & demand
and manage stock.
Handling on warranty claim and warranty audit matters, ensure timely closure of
all repair orders, process and validate warranty claims accurately.
Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service teams.
