Responsibilities:
• Take prompt action to address and manage customers' shipment arrangements and requirements.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with Airlines, departments, overseas agents/offices, and service providers regarding shipment movement.
• Continuously explore alternative solutions or value-added processes to improve service delivery for customers.
• Prepare Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and/or Service Reports based on customers’ shipment processes and requirements.
• Ensure that work processes related to customer shipment handling are properly administered and kept up to date.
Requirements:
• GCE ‘N’ / ‘O’ Level, NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma holders.
• Possess a strong customer service attitude and excellent skills.
• Good communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Detail-oriented with the ability to find solutions to work-related challenges.
