About the Role:
We need an organized, motivated person to manage material sourcing, purchasing, and project support for commercial interior design projects (e.g., offices, retail spaces, hospitality venues). You’ll handle procurement, track budgets, visit job sites, and work with vendors. No design degree required, but experience in commercial design or project coordination is a plus!

What You’ll Do:

  • Procure Commercial Materials: Source commercial-grade furniture, fixtures, and finishes (e.g., flooring, lighting, cabinetry) from suppliers. Negotiate bulk pricing and contracts.
  • Track Costs: Use Google Sheets/Excel to manage budgets, purchase orders, and delivery timelines for large-scale projects.
  • Support Commercial Projects: Assist with budgeting, site inspections, and quality control for offices, retail, or hospitality spaces.
  • Visit Commercial Sites: Travel to commercial job sites to check progress, resolve issues, and ensure specs are met.
  • Coordinate Teams: Work with designers, contractors, and vendors to keep projects on schedule.

What We Need:

  • Diploma or degree in any field.
  • Basic computer skills (Google Sheets/Excel).
  • Able to multitask, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to travel to commercial job sites.
  • Independent worker with a positive attitude.
