Are you a people person with strong organizational skills? We’re looking for a Front Desk and Administrative Executive to be the welcoming face of our tuition center at Beauty World.

About Us
We are a results-driven tuition center dedicated to helping students excel in Mathematics through structured lessons and expert coaching. Our programs, spanning Primary to Junior College, build strong foundations and foster a love for learning. Key Responsibilities
Front Desk & Customer Service
- Be the first point of contact, offering a warm and professional welcome to visitors and clients.
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Assist parents with their requests, ensuring a smooth and excellent customer experience.
Administrative & Centre Operations Support
- Manage student registration and enrollment.
- Provide administrative support to the Admin Manager.
- Oversee office supplies and pantry inventory.
- Handle data entry in accounting software (e.g., XERO) with accuracy and efficiency.
- Ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the center.
Hiring & Recruitment Responsibilities
- Process teaching position applications and screen resumes.
- Conduct first-round interviews to assess candidates.
- Shortlist and coordinate second-round interviews with the Director.
- Maintain applicant records and support the hiring process.
Working Hours
- Tuesdays – Fridays: 12:00 PM – 9:30 PM
- Saturdays: 8:30 AM – 6:30 PM
- Days Off: Sundays & Mondays

What We’re Looking For
- Prior experience in customer service, front desk, or administrative support preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and accounting software (XERO is a plus).
- Experience in hiring/recruitment or talent acquisition is an advantage.
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
