Job Description

  • Channel Strategy:

    Define the overall channel strategy across locales, defining foundations for a sustainable and healthy business. Involved in jointly defining ambitious growth plans for the channel/BU.

  • Performance Analysis & Reporting:

    Regularly track and analyze key performance metrics (e.g., cost-per-click, conversion rates, ROI) with the team to identify trends and areas for improvement. Comfortable with clear. actionable and concise recommendations that speaks to leadership and senior audiences.

  • Bidding & Media Optimisation:

    Championing creation of bidding strategies across channels to maximize BU ROI. Performance-driven with a mentality to focus on delivering results against plans, through constant monitoring and agile optimization actions.

  • Inventory & Sourcing Management:

    Define and evolve the inventory strategy for the channels being operated to enable growth for the channel/BU accounting for competitor and supplier nuances in the travel industry.

  • Conversion Path Optimization:

    Drive cross functional squads with product, supply, pricing, customer service, martech, and data teams to ensure achievement of conversion rate goals for the metasearch ecosystem. Champion optimizing user experience, including landing pages, ad creatives, calls-to-action, to maximize conversions and enable happy customer stories after purchase too.

  • Market & Competitor Research:

    Lead initiatives to stay ahead of trends and innovations in the metasearch space. Enable the team to develop competitor analysis and recommend new opportunities or adjustments to tactics as needed to stay competitive.

  • Team building:

    Leading teams of up to 5 in fast paced environments, enabling a culture of collaboration, curiosity and clear goal setting

  • Partner management:

    Managing partner relationships and enabling win-win scenarios for sustained partnership and growth.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in growth marketing, product management, or eCommerce roles, ideally in the tech or start-up sectors.
  • Ability to analyze and manage a P&L.
  • Familiarity with the customer journey and hands-on experience with data and product analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Google Analytics, or similar).
  • Experience managing digital marketing channels, including optimization and reporting, with a focus on performance and ROI.
  • Ability to manage nimble teams and execute day-to-day channel tasks, including bidding, performance tracking, and reporting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and manage relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Comfortable executing tactics in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, while balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
  • Experience in Travel Tech Industry is a plus.
