Details:

Weekdays: $12 per hour

Weekends: $15 per hour

Public Holidays (PH): $24 per hour

On-site interview required

Minimum 3 day weekday + 1 day weekend every week

Working hours: 5 to 10 hours depending on shift

Nearest MRT: Promenade + 10 minutes walk

Dress Code: White plain polo top + black long pants/Jeans + covered shoes

Job Description:

Meet-and-greet guests and assist them in any way possible to make their visit a memorable one.

Perform static duties such as guiding guests to purchase tickets, to the entry turnstile, and to boarding for their flights.

Ensure guests adhere to safety requirements; be firm but polite.

Check tickets at the entry point before admission.

Coordinate the boarding of VIPs, Private Capsule guests, PSD guests, etc.

Ensure security is maintained at restricted access points.

Crowd control: Ensure proper queue system is in place.

Rotating shift work is required.

Any other duties as assigned by superiors.

Job Requirements:

Some customer service experience required

Good communication & interpersonal skills

Customer-oriented with a pleasant & outgoing disposition
