Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
Greet and assist customers with product inquiries and recommendations.
Provide advice on lighting options for various spaces (indoor, residential).
Offer guidance on installation and product care.
Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Sales Support:
Assist customers in making lighting purchases for their homes.
Assist the sales executive in paperwork i.e. quotations, invoices etc.
Assist the sales executive in picking and packing of goods to be delivered.
Keep the showroom tidy and presentable at all times, ensuring all displays are neat and visually appealing.
Product Knowledge:
Stay up-to-date with the latest lighting trends, technologies, and products.
Stock Management:
Assist with receiving and unpacking shipments of products.
Organize and maintain the store inventory, ensuring stock levels are adequate.
Perform stock checks as required.
Team Collaboration:
Work with team members to achieve sales targets.
Qualifications:
Previous retail or customer service experience (preferably in home décor, lighting, or related industries).
Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Flexible and reliable with the ability to work Saturdays.
