Key Business Responsibilities:
Maintains highest standards of ethics, integrity, personal conduct and appearance
Identifies, establishes, and implements local promotions designed to maximize sales for the operation
Manage day to day operations that includes the highest safety and hygiene standards compliant with regulations
Develops sales, cost, profit targets
Responsible for the completion of daily, weekly, and monthly restaurant reports
To keep and implement 4Fingers standards, policies, and procedures
Manage raw materials, supplies, equipment and IT systems
Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste
