Position Title: Assistant Technician (Steel Fibre)
Working Location: Gul Circle (6 minutes walk from CR24 MRT)
Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon-Fri 8am-5pm, Sat 8am-12pm)
Salary Package: Basic Salary $2,500 + VB
Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
Operate equipment to draw steel wire and produce steel fibers.
Maximize efficiency by optimizing raw materials and consumables like wire rods, dies, and lubricants.
Help prepare Manufacturing Procedure Specifications (MPS) and Quality Control Plans (QCP) for different products.
Assist in developing a Maintenance Plan for the facility.
Support product testing and identify necessary changes to meet product standards.
Maintain and replenish raw material and consumable supplies to ensure ongoing production.
Collaborate with the sales team to align delivery requirements with production capacity.

Completion of Secondary 4, GCE ‘N’ or ‘O’ levels, or ITE in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics) is preferred.
Familiar with operating and maintaining machinery.
Knowledge of wire drawing consumables like dies and lubricants.
Experience with steel wire drawing equipment and welding equipment for joining wires is a plus.
